It was during his HR executive years when he first met Cy Wakeman. Jason’s organization hired Cy as a consultant and the two of them designed and implemented a talent management strategy that yielded amazing results. Jason has a proven track record of assessing and diagnosing HR and leadership challenges and designing successful solutions. His HR career was defined by his ability to quickly determine the strategic HR needs of an organization and implement a plan to deliver an HR approach to meet those needs.
Jason’s tenure in corporate human resources has spanned roles in Recruiting, Training, Leadership Development and Strategy for companies ranging in size from 800 to over 40,000 employees. Jason is also a skilled keynote speaker and trainer who has engaged audiences around the world. Additionally, he is half of the dynamic keynote speaking team, Talent Anarchy.
